If you wish you can integrate the special code we supply in order for a special pop-up to appear on your site asking for your visitors for a review. - Thank you page
Once your visitors have finished leaving their review they will be presented with one of two different thank you pages depending on whether they left a positive or a negative review. - An email follow-up system
Later, a thank you email will be sent to encourage happy customers to share their positive feedback on more online review sites. If they left a negative review they will be directed to your existing customer support channels (phone/email) via the review collection page instead. This should help by spreading positive feedback across multiple public sites while keeping negative feedback private. - Review display widget
