What’s included in the SEO dashboard?
The dashboard provides you with online access where you can download all the SEO reports we create for you.
The local search audit assesses the performance of your website based on various key factors. In the report, we look at some of the main factors influencing your search engine rankings such as: website authority, backlink analysis, local business listings and online reviews. In addition, we create 8 different reports to specifically look into the following aspects of your site:
- Domain Authority (manual update)
- Search Engine Rankings (manual update) – inc a weekly updated local rank grid for your main keyword
- Local NAP Citations (weekly update)
- Online Reviews (weekly updates available as an optional upgrade)
- Technical Audit (monthly update)
- Backlink Score (manual update)
- Keyword Analysis (manual update)
- Site Traffic Analysis (manual update)

Manual updates are performed when the Local Search Audit is performed for you whilst weekly updates are usually performed on a Monday and monthly updates are performed on the 1st of the month. Note that your dashboard has to have an active subscription in order to receive all the updates – keep your dashboard active by running the SEO Dashboard Renewal at least once every 12 months.
Receive all 8 reports when we set the dashboard up and renew it for you. Additionally, you can order individual reports whenever you like.
It may provide some valuable answers if you’re having difficulty generating enough organic traffic by providing a score depending on our findings: GOOD, OK or POOR but we also include more in-depth reports which provide more details for each of the ranking factors featured in the main report.
How do I request the initial search analysis?
After your purchase, you will be sent an email to the address you provided at checkout. Please enter your business name, website URL and contact information in the form that appears on this page. If there are any issues or if the form is not visible, please contact us for assistance. We will look at the audit results and discuss how to improve your score, a telephone or video meeting can be arranged to discuss the results with you if required.
What will I receive?
By requesting the audit you will receive a ranking analysis of your website with individual and total SEO scores. You receive access to the dashboard for 12 months (6 months of free access is provided with some of our products) after which time you will need to renew your access by requesting the updated reports – SEO dashboard renewal

Potentially the most important part of our report we provide an overview of search engine ranking data for your site and related keywords for your business. In addition to the organic ranking report we also run a report to look at your rankings on Google Maps for your main keyword in specific locations – by default a 5×5 search grid with a distance of 1 mile between eacg.
